Chantal has twenty years of experience and education in all facets of fashion clothing and accessories design, construction, sales and manufacturing in the United States, Europe and the South Pacific. She was educated in Belgium, France and the United States and has received many awards for design and construction of exceptional quality clothing and accessories.
